I decided to try this line, a little skeptical but hoping that this brand would actually do something about the maskne I have been suffering from for the past 18 months. All I can say is wow. This stuff is amazing. This cream is so silky and hydrating. A little bit goes a long way! It smells great, and it has really helped the texture and clarity of my skin. Unlike most acne products your skin isn’t left dry and tight, it feels smooth and supple. Amazing!

I have been using the carotene collection for about a year. I have been waiting forever for them to team up with amazon to get faster shipping. I love it and it helped clear up my hormonal acne when i was pregnant. For me, this is the most effective product for my skin. I have combination skin but most oily around my T-zone area. If you want to get into skincare, this is the best product. I do recommend reading the ingredients for any allergies. I wish aprilskin would make a subscription to the products so I don’t have keep order every 2-3 months. It would just come automatically.

I have normal to moderately oily skin and don’t break out super often but was looking for something to clear everything up, smooth a few bumps, etc. This serum gave me the opposite of that. I even did a small patch test for the first couple of days and it was fine but when I started applying it all over, my skin broke out worse than it had in YEARS. My face is covered in ugly red bumps and new pimples, and the ones that have started to heal are leaving dark acne scars :( Would not recommended to anyone.

This works well, I like how it absorbs rather quickly and there isn't a greasy feel once applied. I would continue using this and have recommended it to two friends.

I have oily acne prone skin so thats why I got this carrot blemish cream. I haven't noticed any difference in past/current acne marks/scars, but I haven't had any new breakouts happen so thats a plus. This does leave the skin really soft and smooth feeling. I might need longer to see if any results come from the acne spots, but honestly most products ive tried haven't worked miracles like you'd expect.

My daughter really likes this cream and here is what she had to say about it. It has the scent of a really healthy luxe spa on a private island. It isn't meant to be used in large amounts but it is a gorgeous cream. It's not easily absorbed into the skin...it takes time to dry but at a $36 price point it seems like it needs to take time to dry. My daughter also brought up a good point, that if you're paying that much for skin cream you could probably sit in the bathroom for an extended period of time doing a skincare routine. She does note that it firms up her skin.I really like that it actually contains things like carrots, and even turmeric. Overall, it's great though a bit pricey.

I've been trying to stop using such harsh drying products on my acne, as I feel like it makes them scar and messes up the healthy skin barrier. This cream has helped calm my irritated skin and helped with my maskne too. It has 3 great acne fighting ingredients: vitamin A (retinol), niacinamide, and tea tree oil that fight breakouts while remaining soothing and richly moisturizing. It gave me a bit of brightening glow as well, and it should continue to with daily use due to the retinol and niacinamide. Definitely recommend!

I've used carrot based creams before, and this was no different than cheaper drug store brands. Color is carrot orange, scent is subtle, nothing off-putting, but it did nothing for blemishes, in fact, I broke out more using it - I changed nothing else about my skincare routine, except adding this and had more breakouts. Contains a laundry list of chemicals.
